Heritage Academy Supply List

KindergartenBring supplies to Back to School Orientation
  • Bookbag - NON rolling, with a change of clothes that stay in bookbag all year (label bag with name)
  • Lunchbox  (labeled)
  • 2  poly-vinyl/plastic folders with prongs AND pockets  
  • 2 JUMBO size glue sticks
  • 1 pack of thin black dry erase markers
  • 1 pack of yellow Ticonderoga brand wooden #2 pencils
  • 1 large box of tissue/Kleenex
  • 2 large rolls of paper towels
  • 1 JUMBO instant hand sanitizer dispenser (or 2 small ones)
  • 1 box baby wipes 
  • 1 box Clorox wipes
  • 2 snacks (enough to feed 18 - can be a box or bag or individually wrapped)
  • GIRLS - 1  box gallon size Ziploc bags
  • BOYS - 1  box quart size Ziploc bags
  • 1 Art Box - size 8”x5” with attached lid (labeled)  Place  these items into the art box: 
    • 1 - 12 pack of LARGE crayons
    • 1 – 8-10 pack markers - thickprimary colors
    • 1 - 12 pack colored pencils (sharpened)
  • $20 (check to Heritage) to pay for child’s rest mat. You cannot bring your own mat; they have been purchased and are a specific type. Siblings of prior HA kindergarten students can use their Heritage Academy mat.

    • 1 - 24 pack of crayons
    • 1 – 8-10 pack markers - thickprimary colors
    • 1 - 12 pack colored pencils (sharpened)
  • 2 rolls of paper towels
  • Check for $5 to purchase 2 Mead Primary Journals (early creative story tablet Grades K-2)
  • Snacks for 20 children - a box or bag or individually wrapped

  • 1 box Classic bold markers (primary colors) - label with child’s name
  • 1 box crayons (16 count)
  • 1 Large sized art supply box - label with child’s name
  • 1 container of baby wipes (art)

Grade 3Bring on first day of school

  • 2-inch binder (no trapper keepers)
  • 1 pack of dividers

  • 2 pink erasers

NIV Adventure Bible for Kids - label with child’s name  

  • 2 composition notebook (labeled- one writing, one math)
  • 1 poly-vinyl (plastic) folders with pockets and prongs
  • 1 Art Box - size 8”x5” with attached lid (labeled) 
Place  these items into the art box:

  • 1 zippered three-ring pencil pouch (labeled)

Grade 4 & 5 - Bring on the first day of school
